Machine Safety Products
Safety system design has been the core strength of PFI over the last 6 years.
Jokab Safety has provided PFI an excellent opportunity to supply a safety product with a number of unique features.To date, PFI have completed over 200 turnkey safety projects throughout the Australian market, ranging in size from a single safety relay and switch, through to networking of over 10 safety PLCs on a single system. Various gateways are available that enable serial data transfer to most major brands of PLC.
PFI have access to a number of quality brands of safety products. Brands such as Sick, Balluff-Leuze, Telemecanique, Omron and Guardmaster have all integrated successfully into projects supplied by PFI.
All safety systems provided by PFI include an owners manual, consisting of a safety validation report, certificate of compliance, full schematics, system description and spares lists. Risk assessments can be arranged.
Generally, quotes within Queensland are supplied free of charge within 48 hours.
PFI also design and build mechanical safety guarding systems. We hold excellent stocks of the Jokab Quickguard modular alluminium guarding system, in both clear anodized and safety yellow powdercoat. Our fully equipped worshop enables intricate and complex guards to be completed in house. Stainless Steel guards are a specialty, and polycarbonate guards are also available.
